Returns & Exchanges

Our policy offers you the chance to return a purchased item within 14 days, subject to the conditions below. If 14 days has elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a right to return a purchased item, whether for refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. If your item is returned within 14 days of purchase unused, in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the item. However, please note you will be responsible for the cost of postage and any associated cost relating to the returned item. Risk of return of the item also remains with you until we receive the item unused, in the same condition as you receive it and in the original packaging. We recommend that you return the items via a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage. ITEM SPECIFICS GUIDANCE

 

HANDBAGS

DO NOT remove tags or throw away any wrapping papers in which the handbag is wrapped until and unless you are certain you are keeping the item. Bags should be returned in their original packaging as this is considered part of the product.

 

CLOTHING

Please take care whilst trying on garments. Clothing must be returned new, unused and undamaged, with the tag still attached. 


SHOES

Shoes must be returned with all packaging including dust bag and box. While trying on your shoes or deciding whether to keep them, please ensure the soles are protected by standing on a carpeted surface.


ACCESSORIES

Please handle all accessories with care and ensure that the tag remains attached if you decide not to keep your items. 

 

 

JEWELLERY NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as earrings and hair accessories.  Earrings and hair accessories may only be returned if faulty. We DO NOT accept returns of earrings and hair accessories for hygiene purposes.

 

Exchange

 

We may on occasions be happy to accept the return of a purchased item in exchange for other items (exempt Earrings and Hair accessories). Where we agreed to accept an item in exchange for other items, when returning the item, please ensure you send all order documents included in the package as these are needed to perform the exchange.

 

To exchange product, please send your request for exchange by email. You must specify the new size or style you would like to receive in exchange. Your email must be sent to Customer Services at info@teefamm.com quoting your order number.  Please state the reason for your seeking an exchange and if we accept your request, we will notify you in writing within 24 hours. If we do so, you must send the item for exchange to our Customer Returns address below. We will endeavour to send you the exchanged item within 14 days of receiving your original purchased item.
